The Company does not provide personal information to third parties based on an opt-out system.
5. Security Control Measures
The Company will strive to keep personal information accurate and up to date within the scope of its intended use and will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, leakage, or loss.
6. Compliance with Outsourcing Agreements
The Company will properly manage personal information and confidential information received under outsourcing agreements and will use such information only within the scope of the intended purpose.
7. Supervision of Contractors
The Company may outsource the handling of personal information and confidential information within the scope of the intended use.
In such cases, the Company will select contractors that meet sufficient security standards and will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision through contracts and other means.
8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, etc.
Upon request from the individual for disclosure, correction, deletion, or other handling of their personal information, the Company will respond promptly and appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

The Company will respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries and complaints regarding personal information and will maintain an internal system to support such responses.
10. Continuous Improvement of Management System
The Company has established a Personal Information Protection Promotion Committee and will continuously strengthen and improve its personal information protection system through internal regulations, employee training, and audits conducted by an internal audit body, including revisions to this policy.
