How to Order
We accept orders through our website only.
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation.
While we do our best to accommodate your requests, please note that we may not be able to fulfill all requests during peak periods.

Payment Methods
You may choose from the following two options:

  • Credit Card
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    COD handling fees vary depending on the order amount:
    • ¥1 – ¥9,999: ¥330 (tax included)
    • ¥10,000 – ¥29,999: ¥440 (tax included)
    • ¥30,000 – ¥54,999: ¥660 (tax included)
    • ¥55,000 – ¥99,999: ¥880 (tax included)
    • ¥100,000 – ¥300,000: ¥1,320 (tax included)

Shipping

  • Shipping fees (frozen/refrigerated): ¥1,100 nationwide (excluding certain areas)
  • For Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands, the shipping fee is ¥1,425
  • Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You may select your preferred delivery time when placing your order.

If your order includes items requiring different shipping methods (frozen, refrigerated, or room temperature), they will be shipped separately.
In such cases, shipping fees will be charged per package.

Delivery may not be available in certain remote areas or islands. Please feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to traffic conditions or natural events such as earthquakes or typhoons.

A COD handling fee of ¥330 will be applied for cash on delivery payments.

Consumption Tax

  • Shipping fees: 10% tax
  • Products: 8% reduced tax rate

Returns & Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
