Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that a delivered item is defective or different from your order, we will arrange a return or exchange.

Please contact us with the required information via our inquiry form within 7 business days from the date of delivery (the date you signed for receipt with the carrier).
We will provide instructions, including the return address.

As our products are sold under special promotional conditions and involve processes such as point-back handling, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason if defects or incorrect items are not confirmed within 7 business days.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, different from expectations, order mistakes).

Additionally, after an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept:

  • Returns or cancellations
  • Changes to order details
  • Additions to orders
  • Changes to payment methods
  • Combined shipping requests

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Customer-related reasons (size does not fit, different from expectations, ordering mistake, etc.)
  • Items returned 8 days or more after delivery
  • Used, altered, or washed items
  • Items without the original invoice or with removed tags
  • Items damaged or soiled after delivery
  • Items returned in a condition significantly different from when delivered (including packaging and accessories)
  • Items with odors (e.g., perfume, smoke)
  • Items with packaging that is part of the product and has been opened
  • Items purchased from sources other than our official website
  • Damage or dirt on outer packaging materials (e.g., boxes) incurred during storage, shipping, or import
  • Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to minor scratches

Refunds

For returns due to defects or damage upon delivery attributable to us or the shipping carrier:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will generally be processed through your credit card provider.
  • Cash on Delivery or when card refunds are not possible: The product price, shipping fee, and COD fee will be refunded to your designated bank account.

For bank transfer refunds, please provide your bank account details. Refunds will be processed via direct transfer.
Please allow approximately 14 days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be completed.
