- Shipping to Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands: ¥1,425
- Delivery is handled by Yamato Transport
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after confirmation.
If your order includes items requiring different shipping methods (frozen/refrigerated), they will be shipped separately.
In such cases, shipping fees will be charged per package.
Delivery may not be available in certain remote areas or islands.
Delays may occur due to traffic conditions or natural events such as earthquakes or typhoons.

Defective Products / Returns & Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, exchanges will be accepted in the following cases.
