▼ Can I specify a delivery date and time?
You may specify a delivery time slot only. Please choose from the following:
- Morning
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
▼ Do you deliver nationwide?
We deliver to most areas across Japan. However, delivery may not be available to certain remote locations or islands. Please feel free to contact us for confirmation.
▼ What is the earliest delivery time?
Orders are shipped within 5 business days after confirmation.
▼ Can I ship to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, this is possible. Please enter your preferred shipping address when placing your order.
The package will be sent under the name “Halal ONLINE STORE.”
If the shipping address differs from the orderer, we kindly ask that you inform the recipient in advance.
▼ What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards and cash on delivery (COD).
For COD, a handling fee of ¥330 will be charged.
▼ How much is the shipping fee?
A flat rate of ¥1,100 (refrigerated delivery) applies nationwide.
Additional charges may apply to certain regions and remote islands.
▼ Please do not include any documents showing the price (for gifts).
We do not include invoices in our shipments, and no documents indicating the price will be enclosed.
If you require an invoice, you can print or download it from the “View Invoice” button in your order confirmation email.
▼ Can you include a gift wrapping or noshi (ceremonial gift paper)?
